Studente indipendente:

Verifica se sei in possesso dei requisiti per rientrare nello status di studente indipendente, così come richiesto all’art. 6 comma 1.5 del Bando di Concorso.

1) rivolgiti presso l’ufficio anagrafe del tuo comune di residenza e verifica che:

- la tua residenza sia esterna all’unità abitativa della famiglia di origine da almeno due anni effettivi rispetto alla data di presentazione della domanda, in alloggio non di proprietà di un membro della famiglia;

- il tuo stato di famiglia (alla data della presentazione della domanda di borsa di studio) non comprenda più i tuoi genitori o altre persone. Nel caso fossero presenti altre persone, dovrai includerle nell’attestazione ISEE universitario, pur mantenendo la condizione di studente indipendente;

2) verifica che i tuoi redditi da lavoro percepiti ammontino ad almeno € 9.000,00 per gli anni d’imposta 2022 e 2023. Concorrono alla formazione del reddito, oltre ai redditi da lavoro, dipendente o autonomo, anche ogni altra componente reddituale esente da imposta compresa la borsa di studio e tutti i contributi EDISU Piemonte percepiti negli anni d’imposta 2022 e 2023 (ad eccezione degli interventi a sostegno degli studenti diversamente abili), collaborazioni a tempo parziale presso EDISU, Atenei o altri Enti, redditi da lavoro dipendente percepiti all’estero esclusivamente tassati nello stato estero, gli assegni effettivamente percepiti per il mantenimento dei figli, trattamenti assistenziali, previdenziali e indennitari (NON già inclusi nel reddito complessivo).

Solo se possiedi entrambi i requisiti descritti al punto 1) e 2) puoi considerarti studente indipendente.

Nel caso tu fossi coniugato e il tuo coniuge avesse percepito redditi da lavoro nell’anno d’imposta 2022 e 2023 non inferiori a € 9.000,00 , puoi ugualmente rientrare nello “status” di studente indipendente.

Nel caso in cui, però, tu fossi uno studente coniugato, con o senza figli e né tu, né il tuo coniuge possedete i requisiti per rientrare nello “status” di studente indipendente, devi obbligatoriamente fare riferimento ai tuoi genitori.

Se hai i requisiti per essere uno studente indipendente devi allegare copia del tuo contratto d’affitto o copia dell’atto di proprietà della tua abitazione.

Independent student:

M Independent student:

Make sure that your situation fulfils the requirements for being considered as an independent student, as established in art. 6, subsection 1.5 of the Notice of Competition.

1) contact your local registry office and make sure that:

- Your residence has not been in the house/address of your family of origin for at least the last 2 years (starting from the date of application). Your accommodation for the last 2 years cannot be in the property of a family member neither.

- Your family composition certificate (at the date of your application) does not include your parents or other people. In case other people are listed in the certificate, they must be included in your ISEE Universitario/Parificato certificate even if you are taking advantage of the independent student option.

2) Make sure that the total income from work you earned during tax year 2022 and 2023 is at least € 9.000,00. In order to reach that amount, other than employee income or income from self-employment, you can take into consideration also any other tax-free income component such as the EDISU Piemonte scholarship or subsidies you received during tax year 2022 and 2023 (except for support subsidies for students with disabilities). Also part-time collaborations at EDISU, at Universities or at other institutions, employee income earned and taxed exclusively abroad, checks received for child support, and welfare, social security and compensation payments (not already included in the total income) can be considered.

Only if your situation fulfils both the requirements described at items 1) and 2) you can be considered as an independent student.

In case you are married, and your spouse earned an income from work during tax year 2022 and 2023 of at least € 9.000,00, then you can apply as an independent student as well.

In case you are married (childless or not), and neither yours or your spouse’s situation fulfils the requirements for being an independent student, then you must refer to your family of origin.

If you have the requirements for being an Indipendent student you must upload copy of your rent agreement or copy of the property document(s) of your house.
